Wear Point Wind Farm shortlisted for Wales Green Energy Awards
Infinergy is delighted that Wear Point Wind Farm has made it through to the finals at the Wales Green Energy Awards as a finalist in the Outstanding Green Energy Project category.
The awards, organised by RenewableUK Cymru, the Welsh branch of the UK trade organisation, celebrate the achievements of the green energy industry in Wales next month. Wear Point Wind Farm has been put forward by Welsh contractors Raymond Brown Cymru who are Infinergy's Balance of Plant contractor for the construction of the project. The wind farm's construction along the Milford Haven Waterway is going to plan and the four turbines are scheduled to be fully operational towards the end of this year.
The winners in each category will be announced at a prestigious awards event in St Davidís Hotel in Cardiff on Wednesday 9 October. Infinergy wishes Raymond Brown best of luck and all of us will be keeping our fingers crossed!
